My family had a very short break here last week arrived Wednesday evening and left Sunday, we found the vila very convenient for all we had to do, lofts of golf, shopping etc. The villa was very clean, comfortable and has all you would need, and easy to get to, we went to the outlet mall in Orlando which was about 20 min drive and travelled to Clearwater which was about 2 hours but very easy.
Would recommend this villa to anyone!!

My future husband and I spent a week at this Florida home with our very old parents, and 8yr old nephew. This home suited the needs for our elderly parents, as well as the needs of our 8yr old nephew perfectly. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was located in a great spot to cach most of the days sun, as well as easy to get in and out of...covenient for the elderly in our case. The home is very nicely decorated, and completely renovated. We liked everythng being on one open level which made everything convenient. The neighbourhood was very safe and beautiful. We also went to Sea World and Downtown Disney which are olnly a few minutes away. The shopping is great, also a few minutes away, as welll as many restaurants, grocerie stores, etc to to to. Steve and Vera were very easy to communicate with, and answeered all questions and made us feel comfortable with our stay. We will definitly be back again!!

My family and I stayed in this great spot for two weeks and will be returning every year from here on out. The location description was very accurate. It was wonderful being so close to all the fun, restaurants, mallls and all other needed amnities. The photos do not do this place justice. You need to stay here to get the full experience of how beautiful this vacation home really is. Truely a five star stay. The home was extremely clean and everything was very well maintained. The owners (Steve and Vera) were very helpful answering any of our questions and concerns before finalizing on the contract for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone. It is a splendid spot for any family or couple with no limits on age. My parents joined us for a week and had the time of their lives here. Being so close to the golf and tennis and all of the bike and walking paths really made it and enjoyable stay for them. We found this great fast food restaruant called crispers, I would recommend it to everyone, being 2 to 3 mins away. (Same plaza as the grocery store... also a plus for this location!)
Overall we had one of our best vacations to date and would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing and great getaway to book here. One of the best perks about it..you just need to show up with your suitcase and everthing else needed is all there waiting for you.
