We have just returned from a 12 night stay in your wonderful villa. It is ideally situated, close to all the parks and lots of golf clubs. The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. We all enjoyed the facilities in the games room. We have stayed in Orlando many times but this villa was by far the best. Thank you for letting us use your holiday home.

| We had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic villa from October 8th to October 15th. The house was really great from the overall spacious layout and accomodations to the great pool (which illuminated different colors at night) to the hot tub and game room which were a sure treat and big hit with everyone after a long day out. The location of this villa is really great it is in a nice peaceful development but a very short distance to nearby attractions. The dining room was nice and big enough for us all to sit and eat together. We really enjoyed staying at this home and would without any hesiation recommend it to all of our family and friends. No one wanted to leave!!!! We look forward to returning to this outstanding villa on our next trip to Florida. Also a very special thanks to Rhidian and Nicola who were always beyond pleasant and answered every and any question and went out of there way to accomodate us. |

My family stayed at this villa in July 2008 for two weeks and I have to say we were totally impressed with the house, the pool, the location. In fact, everything! My two teenagers loved their rooms, the games room and the pool area. As we also had our 15 month old toddler with us I was initially concerned about safety, but my fears were allayed immediately. The villa is on one floor only so no dangerous stairs to worry about, and even the pool area had a safety gate around the pool so that if someone had accidentally left the patio doors open briefly, there was an additional safety 'net' to stop him from getting too near to the pool. The location is brilliant too. Quite secluded with a lovely outlook. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa on our next visit and to recommend this to our friends & family. The Griffiths family were superb too, not seeming to mind how many questions I asked them beforehand via email, including giving us their helpful & friendly advice.

| Hello, I just wanted to write to say this was one of the best rental villas I have ever rented. Everything was nice and clean and exactly as described. Rhidian and Nicola were great with communication and dirrections. The hot tub, game room, and pool were all great and very nice. My kids loved this place so much when I asked if they wanted to return next year, they said yes, but not to disney they want to come back to the villa. We do expect to return again next year, and plan to spend more time relaxing at the villa, and less days at the parks. |

| we arrived at villa at 8.45pm thurs 22 may after a very long flight, we dumped our bags and headed down to champions gate to the supermarket for the essentials for the morning,we all woke early next day as with time difference we were haveing a day round the pool and going shopping for the fortnight ahead, sat we went to epcot good day not a big park had a down pour of rain for about an hour then sun again,we got badk to the beautiful villa in time for our dayly game of volleyball in the pool,the weather was exstremly hot even at 7.30am it was 80 degrees,the games room was a big hit with the kids and the adult men,the hot tub well what can i say perfect,villa very spacious rooms decorated lovely,everything you could wont from a home from home rhidian/nicola v.friendly. |

With all the vacation homes available in the area, this upscale beautiful property scored highly with us. This home has all the comforts plus more, especially for the kids. The pool, hot tub and that lake view was really welcomed after a day out.
This is our second time here and we spent most of our time just relaxing at this property.

| To Rhidian & Nicolla: My family and I just got home from staying at your Villa. It was the best time we've had in a long time. The home was impeccable and had all the touches of home. There was nothing left out. The jacuzzi was the best, after a long day at the parks. I was very satisfied with the security for the pool.....safety latch....alarm on all doors leading to the pool....the fence around the pool. It really gave me peace of mind. We would definately rent the villa without a doubt. The management company was very helpful and very nice. Theres too much to list, but I would definately recommend this villa for future rentals. | Had to take time out to say just how fab the villa was to stay in. It was real luxury, and far exceeded our expectations. It was really convenient for disney,our only criticism being, quite genuinely that the villa was so nice, we found it hard to go out!!! |

We had a fab holiday. The Villa was very well equipped and the children loved the Lion King bedroom. There were lots of toys for them, both inside and in the pool. We all enjoyed the pool and found it very relaxing especially when lying on a sun lounger!
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and found Rhidian & Nicola very helpful when planning our trip. Thank you. |

| The villa was a wonderful fully equipped house with lots of extras. The kids loved the game room, the toys and the amazing pool. The parents especially enjoyed the hot tub. The setting was nice and quiet but very close to all the major attractions and amenities. The house was spacious, clean, and well designed for all family members. | Recently returned from 2 weeks holiday in Rhidian and Nicola's villa and we all absolutely loved it. The villa is much bigger than we anticipated. The swimming pool and games room were great fun. The hot tub and internet access were an added bonus. Rhidian and Nicola were really helpful before we left and while we were there. The management company were very helpful and prompt to attend to anything that needed attention. We will definitely recommend this and look forward to returning in the future. |

We had a fantastic time at Rhydian's Villa.The location was excellent, very quiet and picturesque, and very convenient for the theme parks and main highway.
On arriving at the villa we were very surprised at the size, although we had viewed the website on many occasions it was much larger than anticipated. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We made use of all the facilities at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the large swimming pool and hot tub. Our daughter loved her bedroom and felt very much at home, and we loved the master bedroom. The boys loved the games room and we all had fun playing air hockey!
The communication with Rhydian whilst reserving the villa was second to none.
This was the first time we have rented a villa, and we were so delighted with it we couldn't wait to tell our friends and family about it - I would reccommend this Villa to everyone I know and would love to return again on my next trip to Florida. |

| I was hesitant renting a vacation home online but Rhidian made everything completely stress free. The home was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the house was absolutely gorgeous!! We used the pool and hot tub every day (my husband and two of my kids actually chose to stay home and swim instead of going to the parks!!) The lake view was beautiful. Rhidian gave us a fantastic "back way" to get to the parks that had no traffic and took under 10 min - an easy, pleasant drive. | Just got back. We loved your house. There is nothing like relaxing in a nice big comfortable house after a day at the parks. We split every day in half and spent a couple of hours relaxing and resting up before heading out for the evening. The kids loved the pool and game room. One night they insisted on staying home because they were having so much fun. We used the hot tub to relax and rejuvenate our sore muscles almost every day. |

The Villa was wonderful! Absolutely beautiful. We had a terrific time and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We will definitely keep you in mind for future visits to Disney. The children enjoyed the game room although they just used it on the first night. We came in too late every other night. We all seem to find time for the pool, whether it be at night or in the morning before heading to Disney. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. What a big plus for any villa. Also, the drive the was really good; not much traffic. Once again thanks for everything. The Villa was everything you said it was, plus more. Your directions and instructions were excellent! Fantastic holiday, wonderful villa - would recommend it to anyone! It was great to be able to put the kids to bed in their own room with all the comforts of home and more - TV with playstation etc. Excellent facilities including a DVD players. FAB private pool, great to relax by in the evenings when the kids are in bed after a long day at Disney!!
Area felt safe and peacefull but also central to all the main attractions.
Hot tub and games room brilliant did not want to leave.

| My family are very picky people and think they know how to improve almost everything, however, they were speechless at your villa. You have thought of everything for the kids, even books for the adults, amazingly clean and very well maintained. I was expecting a nice place, but we were overwhelmed with all of the amenities. Perfect location away from the madness, but so close that it makes it super easy to get to anything. We've just returned home after our first vacation in the villa and had a great time. We managed to make some improvements to the villa during our stay as well as spending hours in the parks and enjoying the pool and hot-tub!
The double garage has now been converted into a baseball-themed Games Room with an 8ft professional slate pool table, Air Hockey and Foosball. We also added a 20" LCD TV/DVD in the Master Bedroom and a 15" LCD TV in the second (Queen) bedroom.
Rhidian's parents came with us and they thoroughly enjoyed their first visit to Florida. Having two living areas meant that they could enjoy some privacy when they needed it.
We have a busy time ahead with bookings and we hope all our guests enjoy their time in the villa as much as we did.
