Our luxurious 3 bed (King, Queen, 2 Twins and pullout sofa in living room) and our 2 bed (King, 2 Twins and pullout sofa in living room) condos, both with 2 full baths and all the comforts of home in a tropical setting with keyless lock entry, fully equiped kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper sofa & recliner love seat furniture along with a 32" cable TV/VCR/DVD, 20" cable TV/DVD in master bedroom and also in guest bedroom, a walk out screened in lanai/porch overlooking development, washer/dryer in unit, iron & ironing board and all towels/linens included along with stroller, high chair & a pack-n-play, telephone with digital answering available for local calls.
Our condo units are located in the "Ventura" section of Windsor Hills.

Rental rates include all community amneties, condo unit linens & local telephone use.
Additional charges....$75.00 cleaning fee/departure fee, 13% tax , $39.00 processing fee & $200.00 security deposit if applicable (no security deposit required if credit card is used for payment). . Stays of 3 weeks or more will require a midstay bathroom cleaning and disinfectant every couple of weeks ($25.00 per clean), this is to control mildew buildup.
A 25% deposit is required to secure this property with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
