We require via bank transfer 50% of booking price to secure booking and the other 50% 30 days before arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.

Minimum Rental Period is 7 Days

Damage Policy - You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A £300 deposit will be taken at time of booking.

Welcome to our stunning golf / Disney vacation home, We offer a five star Providence home just a short walk from the clubhouse , the golf course , huge children`s pool with slides , superbly equipped children`s play area ,new well equipped gym , floodlit tennis courts , lap pool and full service bar and restaurant.

Our vacation home is fully furnished offering 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms, including three master suites which contain three luxurious master bathrooms.

The principal suite contains his and hers sinks with an extra-large bath as well as a large shower.

The extended deck area benefits from the addition of Florida Glass Privacy Screening allowing you to sunbathe , play and eat in seclusion.


The SOUTH FACING large pool with spa is set on an extended sundeck where your privacy is protected and you can enjoy the fantastic uninterrupted views of the conservation area while either sunbathing on our loungers or dining alfresco on the anti - gravity patio furniture under the cooling fan of the large lanai.

On the poolside there is a full bathroom with shower for your convenience.

The property boasts a large LCD widescreen television in the lounge with Blu Ray DVD System. There is ROKU TV in all bedrooms and the lounge as well as 1GB High Speed Internet for your convenience.

For your further entertainment there are DVD players which you can use your sign in for Netflix. We have also provided a selection of DVD movies .

Also for your entertainment we have converted the garage into a Games Room. This includes an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and a Pool Table.

There is also a fully equipped Laundry Room.

Providence is a Gated Golf Community and is centrally located for all Main Attractions and Prime Shopping Outlets. It is 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 35 minutes from Orlando Airports and just over an hour away from the East and West Coast Beaches!

You are five minutes from a Publix supermarket , restaurants and food outlets.

We are not a party house. We do not allow smoking or pets.
We have a maximum of 8 people staying on your booking.
You must arrive after 4pm on day of arrival and leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
For a small fee you can order a late checkout provided no one is arriving on that day.
We take a £300 refundable deposit for damages and / or any unforseen costs.
