We are located in an amazing gated community called Emerald Island which is an extremely short drive from Disney World, Universal studios and the 192. We hope to be able to provide you with your accommodation on the trip of a life time.

Just returned from the most amazing trip to celebrate my birthday.

The villa is the perfect base for Disney due to its location as well as many dining and shop options along the 192/international drive.

The villa itself felt like a home from home, feeling secure on a gated community, we had ample space with a beautiful pool area and view of the lake and conservation area. Games room was a bonus for a rainy day or an evening games night.

Communication with Sarah was spot on and return of security deposit was prompt on our return.

We would love to return here and will recommend to friends and family.

I have now stayed here twice in 3 years, it is the perfect location to all Disney parks. Resort is secure and well kept. The villa itself is huge, spacious and equipped with everything you could need!
Very clean, pool and hot tub are very well maintained, will definitely be using for a 3rd time.

I had a great time with my family at this wonderful villa. It is in an excellent location, not far from the theme parks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too.
The villa was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I love the natural light! Of course the pool was everyone’s favourite place to be and the view of the lake made it extra special. We enjoyed many BBQs and evenings sat out on the patio. There is something to keep everyone entertained.. the pool, hot tub, games room, TVs in every room, and even a game console.
Lots of special memories were made and we definitely won’t forget our time here. I would recommend this villa to friends and family.
The resort itself is a great place to be, it was quiet and felt very safe. There is plenty of wildlife around (nothing scary though!). It was great to be able to walk around and see the Florida wildlife without having to even leave the resort.

12 of us had a family holiday here for our 40th wedding Anniversary.
The villa is only about 10min Drive to most of the Disney attractions it has everything you need inside, the place is fully equipped with a beautiful pool to enjoy on those relaxing days.
We hope to go back & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect clean & well presented place to stay A*

Come stay in our luxurious lake view villa that sits in the heart of Emerald Island resort just outside the world famous Disney World. This villa is perfect for the whole family with 3 master suits, 2 Queen and 1 Twin and 1 triple bedroom. Emerald Island is a gated community with 24/7 security but if that's not enough this villa has home security and a complementary safe to store valuables.

Emerald Island contains a club house, mini golf, kids park, tennis courts, volley ball court and nature walk. All of the above are free for you to use at your disposal. This gated community has 24/7 security at the entrance/exit to make you feel more comfortable and relaxed while you stay with us.

We have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, along with washing basket and iron and pool towels.

We have a lovely outside pool deck with an undercover area with seating and tables.
