This room has two twins beds with a wardrobe and dresser for storage needs during your stay. The rooms also have a lamp for use during the night.

We have a lovely Game Room with it's own Air conditioning unit to keep you cool.
We have a Pool table and cues so you can have fun with your family/friends.
If you like competition we also have a Shootout Basketball Game too!
Dining Areas
We have two dining areas in our open plan villa.
One has a large table sitting 6 people and then we have an additional table with 4 seats.
Living Room
We have an L shaped sofa available for the family to cosy up on after a busy day at the parks with a large Smart TV mounted on the wall for convenience.
The double height ceiling gives you a very light and airy feeling in this room with 3 sliding doors giving you a great view out to the pool area.
We also have games and books available on our bookcase for any rainy days!
Reception/Sitting Area
We have an additional sitting area by the front of the property where you can relax before or after a busy day at the parks.
