The Living Room boasts a SONOS Music System, a Samsung 58" 4k UHD Smart TV, Theatre Sound System and 4K Blu-Ray DVD Player. There are 3 permanent bedrooms, a U.S. Super-King bed (6' 4" wide) with luxury en-suite, a King (5') & a Disney themed twin. Each bedroom has an LED Smart TV. For a great nights sleep after the Theme Parks, every bedroom has Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtop Mattresses with Duvets and Bedding from John Lewis in the UK. The Den, where the PS4 is located, has a small double sized sofa bed & built-in wardrobe. For further enjoyment there is a beautifully fitted Games Room with a professional grade, 8' slate bed Pool Table, Foosball Table, a SONOS Music System and a 50" Smart TV. Outside, there are fantastic views of the lake from the all important South facing pool deck, a beautiful swimming pool with LED lighting for evening swims. Superb villa in a great location, just 15 mins from Disney, owner was in excellent contact both prior and during stay. Addition of salt water pool was great feature along with the games room, very spacious with all the required facilities. Would highly recommend and we will be back of a future stay.

Just returned from a super 2 week stay at this villa in Eagle Pointe. Everything was perfect! The rooms were perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own rooms and “The Snug” turned into my 13 year old boys “YouTube Room” Superb kitchen with top standard everything. The games room was well used by us, with an immaculate pool table, table football and tv. The lounge and dining room were really spacious and again everything was immaculate. Superb main bedroom with large en-suite and dressing room. My ‘happy place’ was the superb saltwater pool and lanai, with stunning views over the lake, complete with resident Gilbert The Gator’ who made our acquaintance! I would sum up this villa by rating it as luxury without paying premium luxury rates. If we return we would love to stay here again. Great comms with the owners must also be mentioned.

We have just got back from a fantastic week at this villa. All contact with the owner leading up to and post our stay was prompt, easy to understand helpful. The Villa itself is very clean, modern and well decorated. We spent a lot of time in the pool area watching the wildlife around the lake. Would definitely go back again.

We are just back in the UK after a two week stay in this wonderful villa and just wanted to say how much we loved it. We have stayed in many Florida villas over the years but I can honestly say this is the best.The owner is very responsive and accommodating, nothing seems too much trouble. The quality of amenities is second to none, everything inside the villa is quality and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a villa in the Kissimmee area, you will find this one very hard to better.

Like many other guests, we’ve visited Florida many times and this is an amazing villa that we will try and book again. Everything exceeded expectation, you will not be a disappointed. Great hosts prior, during and post trip.

Absolutely stunning house, had everything we needed. We all enjoyed chilled evenings playing pool. Any queries were sorted straight away. Nice walk around the lake. Really close to all attractions. Will definitely visit again!!
