Sanibel - 4 bed villa at Sabal Harbour

Sanibel Villa is a large 4 bedroom vacation home furnished to meet your every need. It’s central location at Sabal Harbour makes it ideal for exploring everything Southwest Florida has to offer. The villa has four (4) bedrooms (one master, one queen and 2 twin rooms) plus a pull out sofa sleeper in one of the sitting rooms - comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second family bathroom located near the other bedrooms. The large and spacious living room is bright and sunny and equipped with cable TV, DVD and high-speed wireless internet. A second more formal sitting area provides extra space when you want a little peace and quiet. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could possibly require for self-catering and you have a choice of dining areas – either next to the kitchen, in the formal dining room or even alfresco by the pool! The screened pool and spa area faces a preserve area of trees and greenery and is completely surrounded by a large fence giving you ultimate privacy while you relax at home. There is a large (30' x 16') pool plus a separate hot tub. The area faces south west and so gets the sun all day (although there is a large shaded porch area). Of course there is also plenty of patio furniture for sunbathing and or that outdoor dining we mentioned! If all this is still not enough - you have access to the wonderful community facilities of Sabal Harbour. This includes a large heated swimming pool, 2 all-weather floodlit tennis courts, a full-size basketball court , a sand volleyball court and a great children's play area. And it is only 10 minutes to many of the area's most challenging golf courses!

The villa is excellent with all the amenities exceeded our expectations. Great king size bed, great tv and WiFi and an excellent heated pool. The owner was superb in answering emails and phone calls. The location is excellent for the beaches and for shopping.

This has been our best rental ever. The home is spotless and nicely decorated. An information booklet was waiting for us that answered any and all questions we had. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen had everything we could possibly want for cooking and dining. It's in a great quiet neighborhood and has easy access to shopping and dining. The owners were such a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process so uncomplicated. We'll be back often and recommend it!

I was very pleased with the rental. The description was accurate and if anything, was slightly understated. When we opened the door and walked in, I was surprised by the size and condition of the house. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of towels, cooking utensils, etc. The only problem was on arrival, the pool temperature was cool, 75 degrees, but 1 phone call to Mark and this was quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend this rental.
