We have been to Florida 26 times and found this villa to be great
The villa is very well maintained
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Large TVs in living room/master/2nd double bedroom (with cable)
Free high speed WiFi
Very nice southeasterly facing pool(gets sun nearly all day)
Very quiet location
Not right next to other villas(which is good)
The location of villa is just 2 miles from Hyw 192 (large amount of shops and restaurants)
We got to Disney gate in 12 mins(including some traffic at the top of Lake Wilson Road)
Very close to Interstate 4(for Universal or Busch Gardens)
One of the best locations we have found in our many visits to Florida
Will definitely be using again
Will be recommending it to family and friends

Excellent villa, very comfortable. Very good outlook but still private. Having a representative on site was very helpful. Have stayed in other villas on this community but this was is by far the best feels like a home away from home. All the amenities you could want. Tv and internet package all you could want. If you have kids then it is like staying in a park with excellent communal facilities.
