Recently renovated throughout, our villa, Hillsbay Retreat is a spacious 4 bed 3 bath luxury villa, featuring oversized private swimming pool, large sun deck and lake views to the rear. With 2 master suites, a 2nd Lounge, the villa can accommodate 9 persons, making it ideal for large or sharing families. Located in Bridgewater Crossing, an award winning development set in a 165 acre nature reserve, the villa is only 12 mins drive from Disney and has easy access to Interstate-4 and HWY192 for Universal and all other attractions. Local facilities, supermarkets and restaurants are available in the nearby Champion Gate, Guests will benefit from complimentary use of community resort-style pool, floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. There is also a children's play area and easy access to the surrounding deep water lake fishing and nature trails.
Comprising of a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, informal dining/breakfast area and spacious family lounge, all with views and access via patio doors to the pool area. Additional facilitites are provided via a formal dining area and 2nd lounge area. Sleeps 9, with 1 King master bedroom with ensuite, 1 Queen master bedroom with ensuite, a Queen bedroom and a Family bedroom sharing the family bathroom, The property is air conditioned throughout and includes free WIFI, Flat screen TVs in Main living area, 2nd living area plus all bedrooms. Pool heating is available if required for a small charge. Access is via keycode, enabling you to go straight to the villa on your arrival in Orlando. The villa is cleaned and inspected for your arrival by our local Management Company who are on hand should you need assistance during your stay.

Myself, Husband, 2 kids (14 and 11) and my mother and father in law had a wonderful stay here for 3 weeks Oct-nov 2024. The owners were on hand for any questions I had prior to booking and answered any questions I had after booking in the lead up to our holiday. Their management company were also fantastic after we had an issue with a shower and pool heat, they came the same day to sort (blocked filter,we literally arrived just after hurricane Milton had passed through) but thankfully there was minimal damage. The villa itself is situated in a beautiful and quiet location with local residents living all around. It is in a fantastic location for local amenities and so close to the Disney parks. The views over the lake are beautiful and there is lots of wildlife all around which the kids loved. Their villa is beautiful and really felt like a home from home! The owners prices for rental were also amazing and should I be fortunate enough to be able to holiday again to my favourite place i would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again! We loved the villa it was home from home in a safe neighbourhood. The children thought it was" cosy and spacious with lovely views". Everything was easily available and the guide/handbook was excellent. Clean-family friendly accommodation in beautiful surroundings.
Had a fabulous two weeks staying at Hills Bay Retreat villa. Everything we needed and very spacious. The pool was brilliant and had the sun on it all day long. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Florida where we had the pleasure of staying at Hills Bay Retreat. The villa was spotless and our stay was very comfortable. The location is very good, not far from all the parks. The pool was big and had a fabulous view onto a lake at the back where we saw lots of wildlife which was great. The management company visited us and checked everything was to our liking and we had a telephone number for them if anything was to go wrong. We would happily return and we’re sad to leave. The villa owners were always friendly and quick to contact us over our initial e mail queries before our holiday. To summarise, it is a clean comfortable villa with a larger than average pool, a lovely place to stay!
Hills bay retreat is a lovely quiet place to get away from it all without being too far from all the excitement. Overlooking a small lake it was a great place to watch the wildlife and feed various birds and animals that came up to the screen to visit. Communications from the owners was fast and helpfull and always there should we have any questions. The weather was great so who could ask for more. Thank you to both of you.
This was the first time we have booked a villa directly with owners so we were quite apprehensive, but you have absolutely nothing to worry about with these owners. Booking process was very professional and Rachel was very helpful dealing with all our questions. As for the villa... Wow, just perfect! Great villa, in a great location, with great views, and that made for a great holiday. Can't wait to return!
We stayed in Hills Bay Retreat in August 2017. We are a family of five with 3 teenage sons and found it was a great villa with plenty of space for those 'rest' days you need from the parks. It more than met our expectations. It is only a few junctions from Disney and just a few minutes of the highway. Plenty of choice with supermarkets and restaurants plus fast food outlets all less than five minutes drive away. The communication from the owners prior to our stay was excellent and very helpful, even providing tips on waiting times for the new attractions, also our security deposit was returned by bank transfer within 4 days of our return which I thought was very quick and fair. Would highly recommend the villa, a great base if you are visiting the theme parks, plus the friendly and professional communication from start to finish from the owners made the whole booking experience an easy and enjoyable one.

No, access to the villa is via a coded lock box. Simply go straight to the villa on your arrival in Orlando and enter the code to release the key. Your code will be sent to the party leader prior to your arrival.

Yes, while the property is not far from the Disney resorts, public transport is not as frequent or as available as is the case (normally!!) in the UK. Hiring a car in Florida is recommended and will ensure you experience all that Florida has to offer. All major car rental pickup/drop off locations can be found within the airports.
