We have a open plan Living room, Kitchen and Dining room to allow families to share some quality time together outside of their busy days in the theme parks. Our Pool deck area offers families a idyllic setting to relax in, surrounded by nature giving you the perfect secluded pool. We also have high top garden furniture under our lanai for you to sit back and relax on when you are not in the pool. When you are looking to keep children entertained you will find a selection of games in the living room or head to the Games room where you can enjoy the fun of playing Pool or a competitive games of Basketball shootout. Our home features a brand new Air conditioning unit and Pool heating unit. Our home is located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, located off North Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee. You are centrally located within easy reach of the local attractions, shops and restaurants.

Very clean and in a great neighborhood. My family and I had a fantastic time.
As a British family travelling to Orlando for time in the Disney Parks this was a perfect fit. The home is well looked after with modern features within the property and lovely decor. We spent a lot of our time enjoying the pool, it was the most private of all the pools we have ever had. Great to have an undercover seating area with lovely furniture too. The house also has a great games room to use on rainy days! Travelling to the parks is very easy with only a maximum of 20 minutes drive to Disney. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Orlando.
A beautiful home with a lot of space for our family to spread out and have their own space when they wanted it.
The journey time is approx. 15-20 minutes.
