Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is ideally located in the quiet residential community of Lindfields, Kissimmee. Conveniently situated close to Disney and the other major theme parks. There are several restaurants, shopping and World-Class Golf is nearby.
Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, with private pool. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood located in the popular Lindfields subdivision close to highway 192, I-4 and the 429. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions and Margaritaville resort. There is a fully screened heated pool (additional cost). This makes it perfect for enjoying and entertaining all year long. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai allows for al fresco dining. A perfect place to start the day with breakfast and to end the day with a BBQ (small fee to hire). The living space offers a bright and airy feel with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV and a ceiling fan. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen that offers all the facilities and amenities that you’ll need during your stay. There is plenty of space, just off the kitchen area where a table and chairs can be found on which to enjoy family meals. Double doors from here allows access to the pool and deck space There are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 guests. Bedroom 1: King size bed with ensuite. There is access to the pool and deck space from this ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Twin beds There is also a Sofa bed and crib All bedrooms have TV’s and are comfortably furnished. There is sufficient closets and storage. There are 2 bathrooms The first bathroom is an ensuite to Bedroom 1 with a walk-in shower Bathroom 2 has a shower over the bath There is a Games room with a Pool table and Foosball. NO SMOKING. Pets are “considered” Service pets are welcome. There is an extra fee of US$ 100 Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa. Located just 6 miles from the magic of Disney World and just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and dining. Nearby there is an abundance of restaurants from fast food chains to major restaurant chains such as Denny's, Miller's Ale House, Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Bahama Breeze and Buffalo Wild Wings just to name a few. There is a choice of grocery stores nearby such as Walmart, Publix and SuperTarget.
