Heron's Rest, is our fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. Situated on a large plot in a tranquil position, you can enjoy fabulous views of the lake and local wildlife from sunrise to sunset from its fully screened south facing pool, extended deck and covered lanai. Tastefully furnished throughout, there are 2 master beds (king size) with en-suite bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms have Roku smart TV’s, ceiling fans and plenty of storage space. The main master has a walk in wardrobe with fitted safe for guests use. The en-suite has a newly fitted walk in shower and a separate door leading out to the pool deck. The open plan lounge has ample seating, a large Roku smart TV, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to the pool deck. There is a pool table in the garage. Perfect from start to finish. Bev was quick to respond to all enquiries, and I had a lot. She is so helpful and checked in regularly on the run up to our holiday and continued to do so during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Management company reached out prior to our visit with all information needed for our stay. Villa directions were spot on with easy access to the property. Villa was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need and more. Pool and view was stunning. Best property we've stayed at and already booked for next year. We loved it!!!
We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful villa. It has absolutely everything a family would need. Bev, villa owner communicated well with us and was available to respond to any queries we may have had. Fixtures, fittings and decor excellent plus the beds were so very comfortable and aided a really good nights sleep. It sits in a quiet area with a great view of the lake and not overlooked. It’s so very close to some lovely restaurants and with more being built on the doorstep so it’s hard to beat. We booked pool heating and it was amazing at the end of a busy day. We loved the lanai and the fairy lights and outdoor lighting truly enhanced our evenings. We have booked again for next year which just goes to show how much we have enjoyed our stay. Superb host and superb accommodation.10/10
Wow!! 2nd time visiting Herons Rest ! The villa is bright , spacious and airy ! The villa was super clean when we arrived . The pool and outside area are fab ! The villa is not overlooked and the stunning lake view makes it picture perfect. Location is perfect for us ! It is the 2nd time we have stayed at Herons Rest and it won’t be the last. Bev is an amazing host , she has made booking with her so easy , she is very quick at responding to any queries ! If we could give 10 stars we would !

BOOKING CONDITIONS Bookings will be confirmed after: a) The completed booking form and signed booking conditions have been received by the Owner b) The appropriate deposit has been paid c) The owner has confirmed the booking in writing to the client. The Guest warrants that the Property is to be used for the purposes of a holiday and that they are over the age of 25 at the time the booking is made. The Guest shall not assign, sub-let or part with possession of the Property or any part of it. The Guest shall use the Property for the purpose of a private holiday residence for a maximum number of ‘agreed’ persons only (as listed on the booking form) A non-returnable deposit of 20% must be paid at time of booking. The balance must be 90 days prior to the arrival, along with a security deposit of £300. The security deposit will be returned up to up to 14 days after the completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss is reported by the Management Company. If the guest wishes to cancel the booking they must advise the Owner immediately. The owner shall be entitled to retain payments already made (except the security deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the rental charge as follows: 60 – 90 days notice: 50% of the rental charge Less than 60 days notice: 100% of the rental charge In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the Owners control forces the cancellation of the rental arrangement, the owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the guest. The guest agrees to: a) take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. c) Report any damage or loss immediately as it is discovered to the owners management company. d) Permit the owner or their agents / contractors reasonable access to the property to carry out maintenance / repairs e) not tamper with the safety alarms, security cameras or pool equipment No liability is accepted by the Owner for loss of main services, utilities or failure of appliances, nor any actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which the owner has no control. Check is after 4.00pm on the day of arrival Check out is 10.00am on the day of departure. The owner does not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused, or for any such claim by a third party as a consequence of actions by the Clients and other people occupying the property during the period of the letting. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Under NO circumstances are children allowed to be unsupervised in the swimming pool or the surrounding areas at any time. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT CLIENTS TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE
